Monroe, MI – It was a crisp fall day, and what did members of Monroe’s sales team do? Run a marathon, of course! Sunday, October 15 was the annual Detroit Marathon International Relay. The “Monroe Marathoners” team consisted of Adam Pace, Andy Steirer, Phil Sims, Taylor Clifton, and Patrick Wright.

The team finished the course in 04:06:22, placed 80^th out of 278 teams, and 54^th out of 182 Mixed Relay teams. The course consisted of Detroit features like the Woodbridge neighborhood, the District Detroit, Eastern Market, the Dequindre Cut, and a finish line at the foot of Campus Martius. The international leg, ran by Taylor, included running across the Ambassador Bridge and through the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel.

Way to build a great team! The question on everyone’s mind of course…will Boston be next?
