Dated March 31, 2026
Monroe, MI – Dinner, hockey, and even a Zamboni ride for the kids made for a memorable evening as Monroe Environmental recently treated employees and their families to a night out at a Toledo Walleye game on Saturday, March 28.
The family-friendly event gave team members an opportunity to relax, connect outside of work, and enjoy time together while cheering on the Walleye at the Huntington Center in downtown Toledo. Employees and their guests enjoyed dinner, exciting hockey action, and special experiences for the children, including the chance to ride the iconic Zamboni during the game.

Although the Toledo Walleye came up just short in an exciting overtime matchup against the Bloomington Bison, falling 4-3, the evening was filled with energy, laughter, and camaraderie.
“At Monroe Environmental, we appreciate the hard work and dedication of our employees and believe it’s important to create opportunities for our team and their families to have fun together,” said Rob Cardella, Operations Director. “Events like this help strengthen the relationships that make our company successful.”

The outing reflects Monroe Environmental’s ongoing commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture and recognizing the employees and families who contribute to the company’s continued growth and success.
