A cheese manufacturing plant needed additional treatment capacity to aid in the reduction of TSS and FOG (fats, oil, grease). The plant was under a tight schedule to get a solution in place in less than one week, so they called Monroe. Thanks to its extensive fleet of rental clarifiers, Monroe Environmental was able to mobilize immediately and ship the clarifier within a few days of the initial phone call. The rental clarifier was installed and operating within a week. Most importantly, it was operational before the plant’s compliance deadline, helping them to maintain full production and avoid fines.
