An aluminum extruding plant had its large, aging circular clarifier break down and the site needed treatment while it was being repaired. The existing clarifier treated 1,000 – 2,000 GPM of wastewater continuously, so this was a big task. Monroe had successfully provided other treatment systems to this plant in the past, so they knew who to call for a solution.

Monroe provided (4) X-Flo Mobile Clarifiers™, allowing the plant to continue to treat its wastewater during this clarifier repair. The systems were selected because they would separate the floating oil/grease and the settleable solids in a single unit. Monroe worked with the site’s chemical provider to ensure proper operation and chemistry for successful operation.
