Welder/Fabricator

Position Summary

Our custom design and build equipment includes fabrications (steel, stainless or fiberglass) electrical, piping, fans, motors, blowers, drives, gaskets and valves.

Qualified candidates shall have 3-5 years minimum experience in Welding, and/or completion of Welding degree/certificate from a post-high school institution.

Welders/Fabricator: MIG, TIG, flux core, blueprint reading
Assemblers: Blueprint reading, knowledge and use of hand tools

Plastics Shop Fabricator

Position Summary: The Plastics Fabricator will use specialized equipment to fit and weld materials such as PVC, Polyethylene and Polypropylene on our custom design and built equipment.

Responsibilities:

Manufacture and fabricate finished plastic products
Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance
Average of 45-55 hours per week

Essential Skills and Experience:

Preferred to have 2-4 years minimum experience in:
- Blueprint Reading
- Knowledge and use of hand and power tools
Plastic welding experience or the ability to learn the trade
Previous experience in manufacturing, or related field
Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
Ability to handle physical workload

Industrial Machine Assembler

We are seeking an Industrial Machine Assembler of our custom equipment to become an integral part of our team! Some of the Assembler’s duties will include installing electrical panels, run piping, install fans, install motors, install v-belt drives, run conduit and pull wire.

Qualified candidates shall have 3-5 years minimum experience in:

Blueprint reading, knowledge and use of hand tools, power tools , overhead cranes, fork lift and aerial lift’s (welding experience would be a plus)

Responsibilities:

Install various equipment components
Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
Follow and document per our procedures the proper installation of components
Average of 45-55 hours per week

Qualifications:

Previous experience in assembly of machinery, manufacturing, or other related fields
Familiarity with hand and power tools and procedures
Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
Ability to handle physical workload

Electrical Control Panel Builder

Position Summary: Responsible for the assembly and wiring of electrical components in an electrical control panel for the successful operation of air pollution control and water treatment equipment.

Duties include but not limited to:

Install electrical wiring and assemble components according to blueprints and electrical diagrams.
Assemble electrical panels according to wiring specifications.
Drill and tap holes in specified locations for mounting control units, push buttons and other devices using hand tools, drills and other applicable tools.
Attach breakers, relays, contactors, bus bars, transformers, push buttons, HMI screens, meters, plugging devices and fuse blocks to mounting holes with bolts and screws using wrenches, screwdrivers, and nut drivers.
Cut, bend and form conduit pipe and tubing used to connect circuits and sub-assemblies.
Connect color coded wires, and crimp to wire ends.

Additional Education, Skills, and Experience:

High school diploma
3-5 years wiring industrial equipment and/or equipment panels
Ability to read blueprints
Hilo experience.

Industrial Painter/Assembler

Position Summary: The Industrial Painter / Assembler will be responsible for painting industrial equipment, using enamel and epoxy material as well as assemble equipment according to specifications and drawings.

Qualified candidates shall have 3-5 years minimum experience in:

Painting industrial equipment, using enamel and epoxy material
Sandblasting
Assembles machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, fan assemblies, motors, pumps, piping, mount conduit, pull wire, and more according to directions.
Read blueprints schematics, and build to those specifications
Uses various machines, fork lifts, overhead cranes and hand/power tools to accomplish assigned tasks
Performs other related duties as assigned

Essential Skills and Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience painting industrial equipment
Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
Properly maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment
Basic ability in measuring equipment, reading, or writing
Ability to weld is a plus

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods standing and performing tasks
Must be able to lift up to 20-30 pounds
Must have manual dexterity to assemble products and machines
Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components

CNC Plasma/Press Brake Operator

Responsible for operating CNC Plasma & Press Brake table machines and a strong understanding of fabrication processes. This role is crucial in ensuring the production of high-quality metal components while adhering to safety standards and specifications.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Operate CNC Plasma and Press Brake machines to cut, bend and shape metal components according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) to ensure accuracy in fabrication
Utilize hand tools and measuring instruments such as calipers to verify dimensions and quality of finished products
Perform routine maintenance on press brake equipment to ensure optimal performance
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain workflow efficiency
Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes for material handling as needed
Assist in programming the Press Brake, and CNC Plasma table for complex cuts, bends and shapes, ensuring precision in production

Essential Skills and Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar role within a steel, fabrication manufacturing environment.
Familiar with basic math skills, using measurements and calculations
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics effectively
Experience with hand tools and quality inspection techniques is preferred
Knowledge of safety standards in manufacturing settings is essential
